KITCHEN:
Full Day (7-8 hours) $50
A deposit of $500 will be collected at time of initial lease agreement. Deductions will be made for:
* Required cleaning for areas and equipment not left in kitchen incubator standards – $20/hr
* Repair to items broken during use due to inappropriate use of equipment
* Replacement of items that are missing after your scheduled time.
Reservations: Time must be requested a least one (1) working day prior to the time of requested use. Time is scheduled on a first-reserved, first-served basis. Contact the manager up to a week in advance to assure availability of the kitchen.
Rent is due at time of service or monthly, depending upon usage needs.
Access: 24 Hours per day to the Kitchen 7 days a week
CACHE BUSINESS RESOURCE CENTER: Monday – Thursday 9 a.m to 5 p.m.
Use of the office is free, but consumables will be charged a fee:
* Black and White copies/printouts: $0.05/each
* Color copies/printouts (some color): $/0.15/each
* Color copies/printouts (full/mostly color): $0.35/each
* Faxes: $0.25/page
* Laminating sheets: $0.25/page
